Located just off Interstate 10 in Mobile, Alabama, DiRecManagement, Inc. is a single location, third party collection agency. DiRecManagement, Inc. began serving its clients on April 1, 1997 under the name Diversified Receivables Management, Inc. In 2001, Diversified became DiRecManagement, Inc. DiRecManagement, Inc. was founded to provide businesses with specialized collection services to increase their bottom line. The management staff has nearly one hundred years of third-party collection experience.
The DiRecManagement, Inc. staff and management team provide a uniform training program that includes a number of training tools including ACA International programs. We have implemented a Fair Debt and HIPAA training module into the DiRecManagement, Inc. training program.
DiRecManagement, Inc. serves clients throughout the United States, and is committed to meet the requisite state and federal requirements to handle collection accounts in any of the 50 states. DiRecManagement, Inc. handles traditional third-party collections, including medical and non-medical clients, purchased debt clients, and non-traditional collection matters such as early-out programs, fraud reconciliation campaigns, contract telephone collections, etc.
